I'm running a Bubba GM distributer in an 8BA engine. 12 volt conversion, ballast resister bypassed, Bosch 00012 coil 3 ohm internal resister, GM condenser. Now the question: I need to replace the coil to distributer wire, can I use a 10 gage stranded copper wire??? Thank you, Steve

I drove my amateur restored maroon 40 dlx 4-dr with wife and two young boys on board from eastern PA to Dearborn '73, then to Canada, and then back home. The 40 never missed a beat the entire trip. It was indeed a magic time that we will never forget. Hopefully my wife and I can do one more time.

Apparently, there is no commercially available front tube shock conversion kit for a 40 Ford car that is compatible with the front stabilizer bar; yet, some of you have successfully done this conversion. What has your solution been? Thanks, Steve
