starter turn but solenoid does not seem to pull. 1960 v8 it clicks but how does it get power to internal solenoid. i can see no wires but starter wire to starter

1950 ford V8 been sitting for 20 years. i can get compression on passenger side but nothing on drivers side. driver side water pump siezed. what would effect all cylinders on one side and not the other?
