When I have shipped an engine I get a pallet and build a cradle out of wood to hold the engine upright. Then I strap the engine very tightly with cheep straps from the Harbor. I have shipped about 4 engines this way with no problems.

If you have very old gas in the car you could have one or more stuck intake valves. I have had to fix 2 cars with this problem. Do a compression test, that will tell you. Old gas will gum up the intake valves so they are stuck open.

Touring and Roadsters came with side curtains. They were usually thrown away when the clear portions turned yellow so very few original side curtains remain.

Lang's makes the spokes so they sell them usually for less than the others. Go to funprojects.com and they will show you how to build a spoke press for about $50 dollars. Yours and your passengers lives depend on those wheels. If the spokes are loose they need to be replaced. It's not hard...

Do not use the jack rabbit clutch sold by some of the vendors. Spend a little more and get the Turbo 400 clutch sold by Lang's. the jack rabbit has a two piece hub that is impossible to remove as it will break and need to be cut off. I know this from experience. The Turbo 400 has a quality hub...
