    New car and help diagnosing a backfire

    hello and believe it or not i had a backfiring problem that i chased for months..... new carbs new coils new new new,,,,, unbelievably (yeah right) it was an intermittent pop out ignition switch.... had the switch rebuilt and voila' she runs like a dream!! all the best,,,, rocky d
