Thanks to all, I was thinking the inner seal was to be installed by the inner bearing race, but I see it is installed in the inside the axle housing on the outer side of the housing. Mike

Help, I'm going to rebuild my model a rearend and I'm getting the bearing and all for the job. But I can find how the seal will mount on the inner axles or the bells ? Is it installed before the bearing race is installed ??? Mike

I did just install super winfield head and cam, at the same time I did the distributor. So maybe the gas is to low in octane. Thank you all, I be working on this today and hope the timing and gas will help. Mike
