After driving a while my 52 flat motor has foam in the radiator. It isn't over heating. It will lose water sometimes. What gives? Head gasket?

UPDATE!! The miss is gone. It was either a bad plug or wire. all replaced and it runs great now. Also drained tank and added non ethanol gas and some MMO Thanks everyone for your advise. Hope to make it to BTT50's this year

Thanks for all the good advise everyone. I am going to replace the wires and plugs, get fresh gas in system with some MMO also a compression test i will let you know what I find! Again thanks everyone!
