Putting the rear end back under my 34 and it had the stock rear spring u bolts still in place. Using the stock 10 leaf spring and rear end. The clamps or brackets that slide over the u bolts is what I’m having problems with. The ones I have are to narrow and the one set that fits stud spacing...
I’ve read that post & others I’ve searched but didn’t see anything yes or no about a pad or felt on topside it rear & center body blocks between block & body? It may not hurt anything I just assumed there might be some type of noise if something wasn’t there.

Has anyone here used the top wood kits from little Dearborn ? Site says made from hardwood just wondering how figment is. Most suppliers are 5-525.00 while theirs is only 310.00 , thinking of giving them a try for 200.00 savings .
Does anyone have a good original lower sediment bowl nut/fitting ? The one on bottom that drain petcock screws into . Mine has a hairline crack & petcock won’t seal . Thanks in advance !

Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking of upgrading my rear gear ratio to be a little more highway friendly. Stock engine . Just curious if anyone had done this and what ratio you chose?
