I need help ~ I drilled the hole through the cowl as directed. Used the cutting tool offered by Bratton's. The tool did a very good job, however, the the cowl arm, lights, do not line up correctly. No wiggle room to adjust the angle of the light. Did Ford use a rubber grommet on the 30-31...

Thanks to all who responded to my question. The replacement grommets are way too tight to allow the rod to return to closed position. Problem solved.

The choke rod through the grommet on the dash is so tight that the return spring can barely pull the choke rod back. Any suggestions? Thanks.
