it is mounted as we speak ,thankyou i will .the heater core gets super hot . what`s going on is it is a two speed motor . the motors spin well but no forced air is coming out . Plus i need the defroster metal flaps/dowel rods that connect the flaps/ and the two cable clamps for the defroster...

when i bought my first 1940 truck 8 years ago that i sold three years ago i found a business on the web that did complete heater box restorations and he restored mine on this truck . he was from one of the north east states . so i sold that truck and bought another 1941 that had a heater box...

I didnt expect a sarcastic answer. if you dont know a heater box restoration vendor then say so .

Hello Gentleman, I am in need of 41-47 defrost nozzles for my pick up . part number 11T-18491-B they have a slight bend in them( not straight) to clear the top side of the glove box to attach the defrost hose .. Only one to sell would be good . Best Regards

Hello Gentlemen, Are the driver side and passenger side defrost nozzles two different shapes or are the same ? Because the passenger side nozzle(where it connects to the flex hose ) just about touches the top of the glovebox cardboard insert and to connect the defrost flex hose...

Hello, When i roll down my window on my 41 truck ,the window goes all the way down and the rollers go beyond the end of the guides/tracks and i cant roll the window back up . I understand there is a stop of some sort that restricts the travel so this does not happen . I have no idea if...

well problem found,the thermostat on the passenger side moved out of postion and was standing up instead of laying flat .this kept the hot water from entering the heater hose .unusual ...

thanks guys ,im going to have to remove the thermostats and do the boiling water test .Yes i have heard of them becoming unseated before .This is very strange .
