I did the Aerostar swap on my 57 fairlane and 57 ranchero ( both are running stock brakes). I wa looking at getting 3 inches and it did just that. It improved the ride and got rid of the corner sway too. The fairlane ran a 390 and ranchero a 302. Heres another good link of aerostar coils...
