D&M gauge restorations in South Carolina does excellent work but it is a bit pricey. As I remember it is near Greenville.

S&H is tops in my book in restoring chrome and especially Pot metal. They are especially good at retaining the sharp details in parts.

I am sure you have many fond memories of better times together. May God give you peace and comfort in this tough loss and know that many on this site are with you in the days ahead.
