Hi I have a merc. Motor 49-53 and a friend gave me a stock merc. Alum.intake Is there any advantage with the alum. Manifold other than being lighter? Does it follow any better Thanks for any help. Jim

Hi I'm new to this forum I wonder if anyone knows where to get a finned- Aluminum battery cover for my 51 kustom 2 dr. I found one at kustom car parts But the casting looks a little rough I would like to find one that's a little less labor intensive if possible. All help appreciated. Thanks...
