    Power top issues

I have a 54 meteor sunliner the power top will raise half way they stop. If I wait 30 seconds and start again it will go a little more. Is there a relay that could be getting hot? Sometimes it will go all the way. Just as if the power is disconnected. thanks Jason

    Need Advice badly

Car has always run hot....not until we purchased a laser thermometer did we realize just how how (280F on the head near the upper rad hose) after the glands and rings were replaced the car ran much cooler (around 200-210F in the same location which comparing to other cars seems to be normal)
