Bob, this frame is from a Sport Coupe. I bought it last summer. I still have the Victoria..

What are your thoughts on this frame number? Is it A2002498 or A2992498? I don’t have a title and this number doesn’t match the number stamped on the engine.

Ok, with that being said, what is the best thing to do? Replace the oval speedo with a round one? Or can the turtle on the torque tube be changed over?

Question, I have a 29 sport coupe with the oval speedo and big, thick speedo cable. The frame I’m putting this body on is a 30 or 31 and the Speedo cable is the skinny one. Will this skinny cable work with the 29 oval speedo?

Looking for a clean title for a 1929 Ford sport coupe.

Well, if I was to enter the car with the Burtz engine and didn’t tell anyone and the car scored high, wouldn’t that be “cheating “? Doesn’t seem right to me to fool the judges with a non-original engine just because on the outside it looks like the real deal. Just saying.

Question, if I install a Burtz block in my Model A and the block looks stock on the outside, can I enter the car in fine points judging?

I installed Ken Davis shocks on the front of my Victoria, they seem to work as intended. The rear shocks I haven’t installed yet. Seems I can’t find the two holes on the top of the frame to install the upper mounting bracket.
