I live in Minnesota I have a 1930 Model A frame that I bought in Missouri with a bill of sale, it never had a title. How did or does your state verify the serial number on the frame? Make 2 trips,, body off-- to see the number and next trip, body on to inspect the entire car...

How do you guys remove-install a model A tub with 2 men? Trying to get 4-6 guys together at the same time is near impossible or too expensive----beer is not cheap anymore!!!

Tom, I have to have my car inspected because it was a chassis only. Did you have it inspected and where in Minnesota.

In Minnesota the inspector must see the serial number stamped on the frame....On a Model A the number is under the body cowl when the car is assembled....Is there a alternate?

I converted my Brookville 29 body from trunk to rumble seat. I put in the curved rumble rear panel and now the panel below the rumble lid "bowes out"---see the pic--I can push it in with my thumb---how can a get it to stay flush--I had to take out the angle support to install the curved panel...

I have a repro 29 deck lid I would like to convert to a rumble seat. What kind of fasteners work to attach the hinges to the deck lid? Are "D" nuts still available?

I have a October 1930 chassis and a oval speedo. Will I have a problem using a early cable with late speedo drive? Where the drives the same?

I have a running chassis that I need a Model A expert to listen to when running. I do not know whatare normal sounds: at idle-acceleration or high speed. I live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul , Minnesota area. Will some one come ride with me?

What should I set my "Starting" timing at with a "B" centrif advance distributer installed in my Banger A? At 2000 rpm what should my total advance be? I installed a degree wheel like newer cars have to read the timing.

I marked TDC on the front pully when I had the head off--I installed a NU--REX timiing indicator bracket to view the timing when then lever is down or up. How many degrees should it be retarded at idle or hi speed for best operation?
