It’s currently on my lift getting an oil change and grease now, replacing the grease fitting on the drag link after work today and then it’ll get grease adequately

Thank you for your input, I’m gonna go with one turn out on drag link and put some miles on it to see how it feels, appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions, when the cold weather hits I’m gonna see about tightening up the box

I have two parts cars I can see if regulators are still good on. One is a 55 mercury 4 door sedan the other is a 56 Mercury wagon. Cars are not at my house so not sure when I can check condition.

I found my answer I believe, plug goes in flat side first then spring slides over it.
