    ebay fees! LOL

Yes, they take fees out of the shipping cost too. I quit trying to sell anything on eBay. The final straw was I sold a functional electronic golf cart controller with no returns clearly marked in the listing. The buyer hooked it up wrong and burned it up, and claimed it was defective. So he...

install a carter electric fuel pump question??

I’m running a Weber 2 barrel carb. I use a low pressure, 2 to 4 psi fuel pump wired using the Revolution Electronics controller. I’m not using a pressure regulator. It works great and takes the worry away from having to use a separate switch to get power to the pump.

    21 inch wheels

I was fighting a bumping problem with my wheels, even after having them computer balanced. In a conversation with a good Model A friend, he mentioned that the wheels have to be lug center balanced, not hub center balanced. I found a local shop that could do that and $40 later, problem solved. I...

Wanted: AER .100 over piston rings

If anyone finds themselves in this situation, I found that Chev 283 pistons are the same diameter and ring land width as AER pistons. They are available in stock and oversizes up to 0.100 from Egge. I have no connection to either company other than being a customer.

Wanted: AER .100 over piston rings

I am in need of a set of 0.100” over piston rings for a set of Antique Engine Rebuilders pistons. The top two rings are 5/64, and the oil ring is 3/16. If you can help me out, please let me know. This is for an engine I am building. These are not available from AER. Thanks!

    New camshaft availability

I am in the process of buying parts for an engine build. I have been unable to locate a new cam. I would like to find a .330 or .340 lift Stipe, but they are not expecting to get new stock until August. Where are the engine builders getting their cams now? Who supplies a good regrind, and what...

    State of things: 21" radials

I have been running 19” Stahl Sport Radials for two years now and am very happy with them. I mounted them with Hartford tubes. The Hartford tubes are the thickest, heaviest tubes I have ever used. I cut the rubber stems off and installed metal stems in them. They hold air great. I think I’ve...

I just got my round speedometer back from papanick. He did a beautiful job on it. It looks like new. It was a very fast turn around, too.

    Engine RPMs

I shift 1st to 2nd at 10 mph. 2nd to 3rd at 20 mph. 3rd to Mitchell OD (26%) at 40 mph. I think there are those that believe an engine is only good for so many revolutions, so they may try to conserve them. ;)
