Hello Neil, The pic does not show much of the car.....the one with family sitting my 1st guess would be a 30 s Hupmobile { they had wood spoke wheels } Happy Motoring !:)

Hello 37 coupe, The top bow on my 31 Roadster has a clearance area where the shaft goes through. Mine was restored/finished in 2002 and new Lebaron Bonney cloth top and frame had the clearance in the bow. Not sure if the original had a clearance or not but someone in the forum will know. Good...

So many years ago, found this in my father in law' garage. Back of the photo says 1945 on Plank Rd. (now sawkill rd. ) Kingston N.Y. I still live here and the background houses and buildings are still there. Vehicles appear to resemble the mid 1920' to 1930. Seems most were destined for junk...

    Engine Oil Analysis

I'm with Y-Blockhead and his thoughts as well. Should a moisture issue be that evident in the oil you can sometimes see it in the filler tube as well [little bit of a whitish color]. just my 2 cents....Happy Motoring;)

    Logo Lites USB Charge Port

Hello Shew, I purchased mine directly from logolite. I mounted mine directly to my steering column on the very bottom, easy to reach and kinda out of sight. I secured it with 2 or 3 zip ties with a rubber pad to hold it in place, there is also a strong magnet on the unit to hold it in place. As...

Smoke/oil blowing out oil fill tube

Hello Steve, Ive had the same issue with mine spitting some oil occasionally, all my baffles are their. Steel wool is a NO NO, bad choice. Ive been using a stainless steel scrubby for about 5 or 6 years now without any breathing issues, no chance for it to come apart or break up. Stuff it in a...

    Condenser Replacement

Kurt, My solder on the condenser melted also. Had too much time one day and decided to get creative. Worked for me and was much cooler being so close to the manifold. Also did the carb area, now I can hold it and its not near as hot. Good luck and be creative. ;)
