John, We have the A-1125-AR drums in stock now

The A-9313-C composition float is the same black closed cell material used in small engine floats today and is not affected by todays fuels. These are a direct replacement for the original cork float. Don't see any sense in reinventing the wheel to retrofit a brass float. We have sold...

The A-8600-A fans are finally due to arrive mid July. Our tooling was worn out and we had to re-tool the project and it took a lot longer than anticipated.

We used to have them custom made for us. Unfortunately the last time we went to reorder them the price almost doubled. I didn't feel anyone would buy them at the new pricing so we decided to discontinue them.

You should definitely NOT grind on the I.D. of the aluminum fan. The fan needs that extra material there to properly support the edges of the belt groove. The I.D. of the aluminum fan has to be smaller to adequately support he fan belt groove edges. This is why there is some clearance issues...
