    1934 BB Truck clutch bushing

I have a 1934 Ford BB Truck that I am rebuilding. It has the heavy duty 4 speed transmission and 4 banger B motor. My question is: Will the brake/clutch bushing from regular Model B pickup work on the BB Truck? Thank you for any info. Mark Cosson Ester Alaska

    Electrical issues

Would this explain why it isn't running smoothly and slowly dying to where it quits altogether???

    Electrical issues

I shaved off a small area on the inside firewall to properly ground the FS Ignitions wiring. Of course the positive ground from the battery is grounded to the frame. Any advice on further grounding?

    Electrical issues

Greetings all. I just installed a FS Ignitions system in my 30 Coupe. Finally got it running and when I idled up the engine and turned on all the headlights, every bulb blew. Any ideas as to where I messed up, or what is wrong?

    Modern Ignition System Problem

The ignition system was brand new, properly installed. The car ran like a top only once. The next day I went to start it and it wouldn't even fire. I tried everything I could but still nothing. So I got frustrated and removed the system and shipped it back to FS Ignition in Oklahoma and told...

    Modern Ignition System Problem

Why would a manufacturer build a modern ignition system that will fry if you leave the key in the on position for 30 seconds or more? Are we not in the 21st century where solid state circuitry has eliminated this problem???

    Won't Fire Up

Timed it by ear. Standard head. Initially set the timing by removing the timing pin, inserting it in reverse till I felt the detent while turning the engine by the crank. 600w vs 90w

I live in Fairbanks Alaska. It gets so cold here in the winter that even in modern vehicles have difficulty moving. My question is: Is it absolutely necessary to use 600w oil in my transmission and rear end on my Model A? In the cold here, 600w turns to solid tar and your vehicle will not move...

    Engine not starting.

I just had this happen to me and my 1930 Coupe. The fellas on here were quite helpful with gas or electric problems. A friend came over and we determined it was electrical. It was the modern distributor and I replaced the condenser and I SIMPLY PLACED ELECTRICIANS tape over the pieces that came...
