I was visiting with another a owner on wheel interchange. The discussion was would a wheel from a 28-29 fit on a 30-31? I said it should with the exception of the hub caps. Who is right?

I am installing my amp meter, it is the one with the ford script. However their is no makings on the back to indicate which connection is plus or minus. Most of the wiring diagrams show connecting to the the proper terminal. How could I know which is which? Would the minus be behind the charge...

Looks like you are done but will relate what I did. I first cut it to shape then lightly sparayedit with water to get it slightly damp the stapled it in place and let it dry overnight. When I took it out it kept it,s shape and was easy to put on the fabric.
