    Whats the value.

I have been busy working on my 51 ford pick up for the last year so I have not been here much. I am looking at purchasing a 1929 roadster pick up that I ran across recently. The truck has been garage stored for fifteen years after the head broke. The truck is said to be in fair condition? I...

Where to get drums turned on OC, Ca

Tony, You might want to check with Mel Gross who sells brake drums. I know he turns his drums and arch the new shoes. He advertises in the swap meet section and is located in Montebello. Hope this helps. Bronco

    Shock Replacement

I am looking at replacing my old shocks on my 29 ccpu. I have seen new shocks from M&S Hydraulics, which cost a bit more than a rebuilding the originals. Has anyone used the shocks from M & S. Your opinions are appreciated. Thanks, Bronco

    Flathead Ted Brakes

Had the same problem on my CCPU after installation of the floaters. Problem turned out to be emergency brake band installation and not the new floaters. Hope this helps.

    Matching Numbers

I recently had to raise my body for Highway Patrol to do a VIN# verification. To get a clear view of the numbers I had to raise the body six inches and remove the apron. It was a pain but can be done.
