Tried 2 local shops - neither were interested. As I said, I have access to a local club with the correct jig for inspecting and a press for corrections. Just hoping to get a warm & fuzzy feeling that I'm heading in the right direction and not overlooking something (easier) along the way...

I forgot to mention I did check toe-in - 1/16", which is what I understand to be recommended for radials.

Website yesterday (the pic I posted) said "Availability: In Stock". Disappointing that it's wasn't. Today says "Out of Stock". Would be fairly easy to replicate for someone with the proper tools and skills (which ain't me, hence why I bought one).

You got that right - the clamp style wanted to work it's way up & off. Solved that with a thin rubber liner - then it would twist the cap open and flop back on the hood. Moved my flags to the front bumper clamp. But I like your style for cap flags - may just get one to see how it goes.
