    Sealing a 28 tank

Sorry if this has been covered, but a search didnt help. Id really like to seal my 28 fuel tank this weekend, but not sure how to treat the fuel line hole in the bottom. Do I plug it and leave it plugged untill the sealer has cured, or slosh then pull it out? (which I would assume means...

    Painting--one or two stage

I know of a black duece, where the bulk of the car is one, and the parts or the other, I can tell that they are not the same, but I cant tell which is which. And that is only because they were painted 20 years ago, so the black is not bang on. IF I remember correctly, the body is BcCC while...

oh lord, I have no idea, no date on my tank, lets go with "late early." Im just trying to stick with earlier parts when I have an option. I just have a general soft spot for any early production car, and their idiosyncrasies. thanks, Beech

    early 28 curtain pan

Hi all, Ive searched and searched, but cant find the answer that Im sure Ive seen on here before, anyway Its my understanding that early 28 roadsters did not have the curtain pan that the later ones did, but my question is, what did they have? Was it the same as the RPU pan? OR was it totally...

I was just out pondering, and my brackets are not nearly as angled as they look in the pic, they are nearly straight up and down. Too busy this week to go play with it tho!

Sound Deadening & Heat Shield Material

I installed Dynamatt extreme in my 40 this winter. but only the sound deadener, no insulation. It seems quieter in there, not so much like a giant tin can. Plan on putting in in the 28 as soon as I finish assembling the body.
