We are trying to place the pin through the shaft collar on the end of the brake/clutch pedal shaft. The pin does not slide all the way through the hole. Is the only option drilling a hole through the opposite end of the collar? If we drill, the hole will be oblong on the opposite side.

We drained the transmission fluid, which is very thick and black. How do we make sure the transmission is clean and free of grit?

My radiator was in storage and there is bird seed inside of it. I triedi turning it upside but I can't get it out. Any ideas?

I have a 1931 slant windshield Model A. I have the radiator in the attached pictures. I don't know if it's the correct radiator for my Model A. I believe this is a 1932 radiator. Did they put 1932 radiators in 1931s? On the inside, the top is curved. Also on the inside there are two brackets...

A separate issue we had was inserting the rivets. We used some vaseline on them which helped.

Is there a video showing the entire roof installation for a 1931 slant fordor? The description for this DVD makes it sound like it only shows what happens after the wood is installed, but I'm not sure. I'm looking for wood + other components.
