New axle?

I hit a pot hole a little while back and bent my rim, I put on another rim and now my passenger side front wheel has the bottom kicked in pretty good. Any easy way to adjust this? It pulls pretty hard to the right and is wearing the tire big time.

It is stuck all of the way on. It broke loose about 1/2 turn then started spinning.

I found out that I have a lug on my 28 sedan that is spinning. Cant get my wheel off. Won't tighten, won't loosen. Any tips?
