installed a 1953 mercury flywheel, on a modified engine, with the late model clutch assembly, starter drive has to be turned around (backwards) to engage the ring gear. don't remember the weight, fun "stuff"

drivers side cow panel needed, have patch panel for bottom, need a good top where the gas tank webbing goes.

think some have jumped the track. the issue is NOT the bolt holding the u joint on the output shaft of the trans. the issue is the "slip joint" of the u bolt is stuck to the drive shaft (inner shaft, not the housing). hope this clears the water, for me it is clear as mud. however, i have used...
