beware the overdrive solenoid is 6 volt...if you are converting to 12v.

for sale the flathead v8 out of my 1952 mercury was running and am now in the process of removing and selling. all parts are merc, heads intake etc. has been rebuilt at some time in its life, very clean inside under the intake manifold. would like to sell complete, but without exhaust headers...

I love my od trans in my 52 merc, when you get it working perfectly it will do everything you need !

I have 2 draft tubes the curved part from the intake down the front of the block that I would like to part with are they worth any thing$ or not.

I have a guy I met at a car show that wants a set of rear bumper guards off my 52 merc. they are in good condition with no missing chrome, but I don't know what they are worth what do you guys think?

so the jack and jack stand goes in the floor hook and then just lays on the floor with nothing else holding it down?

if it really is pot metal it can be tig welded I have special rod and have done many mustang pot metal parts for my buddys. then a chrome shop can rechrome..last time i bought the rod it was $60 / lb.

shucks, nothing on trunk lid...

tire location and hold down is not the problem the jack , lug wrench and parts are the question. did not look up at trunk lid am going to do that now!

I have a holley 390 with a davis unified distributor and it runs great. holley 390 can be hard to find and $ if you do find one..

I have looked in the owners manual and it does not show the proper location of the tire, jack, wrench, etc. any one know or have pics of the trunk storage? thanks Lou.
