I installed a signal stat 900 in my ccpu. Have all the wires wired as in the diagram. Before I installed the lights, I tested the circuit. 6 volts were going to all wires when signals engaged. I installed the lights and the volts dropped to 3.44. I unhook the light and the wires go to 6 volts...

I ran a ground from the battery ground to the box to check ground seems to be grounded

My hot wire is hooked to the flasher as shown.

There is only 3.66 volts going to the lamp when activated. If i uunhook the light and test the wire it shows 6 volts. With the light hooked up it shows 3.66 volts

Is there a sealant that holds the glass to the rubber and the glass channel When we install the rubber on the glass and put it in the glass channel it appears tight, but when we roll down the window the glass comes out of the channel. The glass appears to be sguare and moves up and down easily.

Thanks guys. I have changed the bolt and all went well. Checked all the plates of the spring and they look good. Now I just have to put the rearend back on the frame. Shackels are another job for another day I won't attempt them without a spreader.
