Jim Brierley mentions in his "building a mild engine" article that the 216 Chevy intake valve is a viable option. The size is 1 and 11/16" with 30 degree seat angle. Not too sure how easy they are to find.

This Model a wishbone is straight but it does have some pitting. $40 plus shipping. Call, email, or text at 937-205-3116 I also have a 33/34 un-split wishbone in the early V8 section.

I got this wishbone from an old hot rodder and it was still attached to the axle. There is some grease caked on the wishbone and it is in nice straight condition. I will ship split or un-split. SOLD

I bought a Chandler Groves carburetor and Stromberg 48 at an auction along with some various other carburetors for $15. I know that the berg is worth a whole lot more than that but I don't know/can't find a whole lot of information on the Chandler Grove. Some people say it was one year only then...

I don't believe it was in the SOSS but it was an online article. Not sure if it came out of a magazine or not but I think it was just a website based around model A engines. Might have been a club website, possibly... I thought I might have found it through Charlie's link page on the SOSS but...
