I saw this at a swap meet Sunday. Ford accessory rear wiper kit #8A-18387-A. Never heard of this, but I'm not a shoebox guy. Anyone ever seen or have one of these? Bob G.

The pin & bushing (or sleeve) needs to be a press fit into your repaired hole in the perch pin. Then like Mart says the pin will turn with resistance. The swivel must need some movement as the suspension moves. Here's some pics of mine.
