does anyone have a sequence of assembly instructions for a hood latch? Thanks

Has anyone ever made a 5 window 1939 Ford P/U?

No one??

Has anyone converted to power steering that is running a chevy small block? If so what parts are needed? Thanks

Problem solved, wasn't holding my mouth right I guess.

Does anyone have a pic of how the braces attach to the hood?Any help/advice is appreciated. Thanks Buster

Finally got the truck back from upholsterer.

I don't know Karl, the way they are shaped and machined ,they look like they were made like that.I'm still researching them. But who knows you may me spot on.

I believe the mystery is solved,at least partially, 1set of brackets are for 1935-1936 Ford car snug rear bumper braces. The other set is 1939 front car bumper brackets. At this point the bumpers them selves are unknown. If anyone thinks I am wrong please speak up,I'm no expert.Pic of '39 front car...

Bumpers are not home made but there is no marking on them.I don't think I am going to have a use for them. Any idea what they would be worth?

That was much clearer to me,thanks and it worked

I understand what you both are saying, the site does not give me the option to resize,it ask for a url.I'm not making this up.I can and have re-sized pics, Please enter the URL of your image: that was cut and pasted from site.

It was asking for a url,not about size.

These were with the '39 I bought and I have no idea of the year or if they are front or rear, any help or guesses would be appreciated.I may just sell them.

Thanks for info ya'll. Buster
