I installed the Mitchell EZ Check transmission dipstick kit in my 1931 coupe today. I did the entire installation without having to get under the car. Used my new Sunex fill plug socket to remove the fill plug. The EZ Check works great!

Nice tool find- Sunex 220fp 1/2" drive, 5/8 square socket. Available on Amazon, $6.99 Specifically made for this type of pipe plug. Mine came today.

That's true Alex, but that's a good place to get your hand chopped off! Any alternative tachs out there for checking idle speed? I dont have enough experience yet to know by ear....
