Don't like the eroded area on the upper edge of the bowl.
That surface needs to be solid to maintain a seal.
Not to mention the apparent war page indicated by your comment that the gasket is loose between top and bottom. Also looks like some wear on the needle valve which would affect an idle should the engine ever run with the warped halves.
