Zenith Cab adjustment question

Thank you Mitch, so my current setting is very lean as it takes just half turn clockwise to stop. That supports my feeling, that my carb might be fitted with wrong jets, as with the current setting fuel economy is poor and exhaust figures are rather on the rich side..

Thank you all for your help, now things are getting more clear...

Mitch,

I believe its called Idle Adjustment Screw, not air bleed, clockwise, as you say , richens the air to fuel ratio and anti clockwise leans the mixture.

the idle adjustment screw would be for the base idle
