42-47 commercial information needed

Okay, will try again. Some leads before but no real help.

I am looking for the small brace for the 35-36 pickups/panels,that mounts between the side of the bed and the large upright spare tire mounting post, thereby stabilizing the upright somewhat. It was used between 42 & 47 on the pickups, and maybe commercials.

For a picture of it, look on page 12 in the Green Book, top left on the drawing of the 36 pickup spare tire holder. The drawing gives it part number 1488. It does not show up in a Ford parts book until 42 when it is given an 21C 1488 part number, so there is a question as to whether or not it would be stock for 35 or 36 pickups.

Any-who, I need one, or two as my buddy is looking for one also. If anyone has one, or knows where I might locate one, I would appreciate it if you would let me know. Even a picture or a good drawing would help give me enough information to try and fabricate one myself if I cannot locate one.
