rear pinion seal leak

51 ford had a small leak from rear pinion seal where driveshaft enters rear. Replaced seal but leak continues. Does not leak while just sitting in garage, only leaks after car has been on the road. It will drip a few drops when I park it and than stop. I'm thinking the yoke shaft might be worn but I did not inspect it when I had it apart. Any ideas would be appreciated.

When I replaced the seal in my 51, the yoke had a grove worn where the seal makes contact. I was able to find a nos yoke and solved the problem.

Check that the vent is clear, I have cured pinion seal leaks just by cleaning the vent
