Had a good day. Met a Barner!

I'm my world, all days are good ones, (some are decidedly better than others though :p )

Today was extra good, I drove down to Morgantown from NH to visit Dusty and the Green Machine. We had a great visit, swapped a few stories, and I got to see to see the Green A up close. It was well worth the trip, I scored a some parts for my inventory, and met a great guy.

I am a bit "Green" with envy, I got to experience a nice spring day, there is no snow at Dusty's, while I still have two to three feet on the flat...

And if anyone needs to test their brakes, Dusty lives on a road that will turn your knuckles white and cause your passenger to leave permanent finger dents on the Dash Rail. (And maybe a wet seat:o)

Thank you for the hospitality....

Dusty, that sure is a beautiful Model "A" you have. That picture of your car should be on the front cover of a "A" calendar.

Dusty's car is really that green. And he is a nice guy.

It was a very fine day indeed, wonderful meeting both Ray his brother and Quinn. It was nice to put a face to the key board and between the both of them I was able to off load all my left over Model A junk:)

Gee, I wasn't invited either.

Us green guys gotta stick together.:D

Until I see it in person I can't believe Dusty's green is so much better looking than my puke green.:D

Actually, I could paint my wheels yellow and put John Deere on the side.

I had no idea, I have made you an official member of the club, that's a total of two. Do you wish to be president or treasurer?

Well Tom that looks pretty green to me !!! I'm only Half Green and that's enough for me !!

Is that a Ford Tri - Motor in your Picture ?
Very Nice And Good to know that there are still some Flying around

John Cochran

John, yes, that's a 1929 Ford Trimotor next to my 1929 Tudor. I think the previous owner of my car got drunk, then threw up on the floor at the paint store, and said that's the color I want for my Model A.:D It's not the best color, but the metal makes up for it, and someday I will make it an original color.

Dusty's green looks nice though and as good as his paint job is I wouldn't change it, even if I owned it.:)

Someone spent a lot of time planning Dusty's car. It is clearly not intended to be original, but a great amount of attention to detail went into it. The "cool factor" is very high, and it fits its owner's personality to a "T". I would not change a thing on it.
