Yep, I was thinking the same thing.
 
If you would go to the auction listing & right under where it says place bid, you will see a line that reads "INQUIRIES" 20.. That is at least how many times he has been told what he has & about what its worth & when it was made..
 
I have also responded to the ad, as a past owner of two Shays I have offered to help with a proper description of the car. I requested more and better photos to evaluate what he has.

All this came with a caveat and that is if he ignored me and continued on with this ad I would report him to Ebay. I don't think anyone in their right mind would buy this car but you never know and would hate to see someone get ripped off. Now if all the correct info were there and you want to pay $32000.00 for it than have at it, many times you cannot fix stupid.

I really think this person simply does not know what they are doing...or at least I hope so. I guess we will see if he gets back to me and wants my help.

You are wasting your time with him & E-Bay... E-Bay will only tell you "Buyer Beware".. But, if the buyer (if there is one) wants his $$ back, he will get it because it is not as described..
 
I asked this question:
What kind of an original Model A engine does it have? Most Model A's that I've seen have a 4 cylinder flathead engine. You say this one is an original 8 cylinder?

That's what the owner told me but ill check for myself.
 
Wow I got me one of those 4 banger pinto engines. Maybe I can sell it as an original model A engine. :)
