stuck clutch

My '32 phaeton has been sitting for 3 months. When I tried to drive it, It would not go into any gear with the engine running and the clutch pedal depressed. Further examination revealed the clutch is stuck. I've readjusted the linkage and squirted brake cleaner on it, but it's still stuck. Any suggestions?
Thanks

The polished areas on flywheel and pressure plate have rusted to the disc...usually not a big deal.
You need to get the car moving...push start it, roll it down a hill, if battery is good just put it in first and hit the starter and it will start under electric power! Once it is going under engine power, step on the gas a bit, step on clutch, and hit the brake.
Once this has happened, it will tend to happen again, so don't let it sit a long time without giving it a short workout.

Hi Sid. Welcome to the Fordbarn to another Mississippian!

The first thing to try is to block the pedal down, put the transmission in high gear, and rock the car back and forth. If it is not stuck too badly, this should break it loose.

Next would be to jack the rear axle off the ground, block the pedal down, start the engine with the trans in high, run the engine up to moderate speed and jab the brakes sharply. Hopefully this will get it loose.

Next method would be to drive the car with the pedal b locked down and jab the brakes. Of course this requires caution, best done on a large parking lot.

I'm just south of Jackson and would be glad to help if you are fairly close and help is needed.

EDIT: I was typing while Bruce was posting. Sorry to duplicate the post.

This worked for me, but one additional thing, you need to apply the clutch and brake at the same time.
