Oil in exhaust port

I am new to working on Model A's. When I bought my Model A Tudoor, it had set for 20 years. It ran after the carb was rebuilt. It ran for a a few hours with the exhaust pipe cloaked completely up by mice. I removed the obstructions and it did run better. I took the exhaust maniford off to fix an exhaust leak, I noticed oil dripping out of what I assume is the rear exhaust port; please advise what could cause this? Thanks Jerry

If it sat for that long it probably has some stuck rings. Buy a pint of marvel mystery oil and put half in the gas tank and half in the oil.then run it till it gets good and hot then shut it off and let it set for a couple days before restarting.

I would place some directly into the cylinders then wait a day or so before running.

:mad:WARNING! WARNING!

After soaking with MMO Do not - I repeat :eek:DO NOT  attempt to start the car while it is in the garage -
You will empty the house, set off all the smoke alarms and invite the wrath of the people living with you.
Outside is OK but make sure your home is not down wind -;)

Upsetting the neighbors is OK because they already know your a car nut and there is little they can do!
