Service Bullitens@ Old Posts Saved

How can you access the old Model A service bullitens? Are they free to look at somewhere, or do you have to purchase them somehow. Next question, I see where people have posted about having lost past posts that they had saved from the old ford barn and that they cannot be accessed any more. How can you save the posts to look back at? I'm not computer savvy enough to know. One more question for the moderator RYAN will you please address this question about the lost archives or posts on the old ford barn. Not trying to be grumpy just want to know why and if in the future the old posts may someday be accessable. Maybe their property of Model A Lady. Thanks

Hi,
A safe way to do it in the future is to highlight the message to be saved. Press "COPY." Then, "PASTE" it onto a Microsoft WORD page of your own. Save that page to your desktop. If you don't copy and paste to your own personal "page," your computer will download the Fordbarn website to "find" your message. If that web site goes out of business, you will lose the message.

Another way to save posts is the "subscribe to a thread". Its under thread tools and keeps the post saved to your account so you can go back and read it or see if anyone has added to it that you might have missed.

I mostly do the cut and paste thing. I paste the questions or replies I want to save into a program called EverNote. It allows me to access my notes from any computer or phone at a later date and is fully searchable and I can add tags to categorize things. I put all my parts list for orders and receipts in it and use it for way more then model A stuff but its pretty handy.
