Glad to hear it! I never thought of the intake now being different than the exhaust. Makes sense. Well, now that you have control of it you can work on it. You can watch for a good used intake. Or buy a new one. A new intake is not huge money. Might be a good time to throw a kit into the carb, while you have it apart.

Nope, going to buy a new one cause I might end up with the same problem as for the carb new rebuilt from about 2 years ago, besides that would be something else I would just screw up
