tubes

I was at a cruise monday night (probably 800+) talking with a new A owner and he had just installed new tubes in his tires, motorcycle tubes with metal stems. He said cost was about same as A tubes but felt quality and strength better. Just thought I'd pass it along. Have a good day.

Any help on where he got them, ...or whether the authentic-appearing hardware would screw on??

Just went out and tried.... hardware fit but size is way off, So I would say most likely tubes were for a larger Dirt Bike. Sure you can find them local or online..
