Classic car oil for flat tappet engines

For those that are concerned about the amounts of pressure additives in their oil, an alternative is the Lubriplate GPO and HDS engine oils. They are sticking to the earlier SJ/CF API classifications for diesel & gasoline engines. GPO has straight and multi grades and HDS has the straight grades that we all remember including 20W20. I can't remember how long its been since I saw a can of that.

I just need to find a lubriplate distibutor that isn't too far from the house. They also have all the straight grade gear lubes that DON'T have EP additives SPO series I believe including 90, 140, & 250 SAE grades and an in between that is somewhere between old SAE 140 and SAE 250.

I hope they keep offering these oils at least until I'm dead.
