28/29 rear fenders

Restoring a 29 CCPU and found these 2 rear fenders at Iola for $75 each. I am pretty sure the rusted one 28/29. Unsure of the primered one. I appreciate your input.

In the first pic the one on the left is 28-29 and the one on the right is 30-31. The difference is where the fender meets the splash apron. Rod
 
Well....to be completely correct, the dark colored fender is a late 28-29 fender.
The light colored one is a 28, with the part that meets the apron that is destroyed.
It gives the illusion of it being a 30-31.
 
Thanks guys, I felt the primed one was a 30/31 by the difference in the flange where it mounts to the body and the splash apron area. The holes for bolting to the running board are not the same either. The primed one is closer to what would be the inside edge, by the splash apron.

That's odd....you have a photo of you splash apron, at the back?
 
That's good d.j. But I assume you knew what I meant. I realized it after I posted, I should have said splash shield. My bad.
