From what i've seen, they are the same. The early leather back fordor cars use a different windshield frame. The fordor slant windshield frame has different dimensions . The 29 tudor windshield frame is different at the swing arm attachment but has the same dimension as the straight windshield fordor.
I have a Briggs a couple of Briggs leatherback windshields out at the farm. I can measure one tommorrow afternoon when I am out there if no one else gets them to you before then. Seems the dimensions were different than those on a tudor, but I don't remember which was wider. Rod
Thanks a lot!Dimensions of the '28-'29 Briggs Fordor (two side windows, Leatherback) windshield are
Width at top - 44 3/16"
Width at bottom - 42 3/4"
Height at outer edge - 14 1/2"
Height at center - 12 1/2"
give or take a 1/16" or so
The body opening is roughly 45 1/8" wide at top and 42 3/4" wide at the bottom however since my A pillars are loose at the header and dash these measurements are probably off wide by at least a 1/8".
Don't know what the dimensions are for the 3-window Briggs sedans or for a '29 Tudor.
