I identified the engine. It is a 36 model with the pumps in the head. the distributor has Ben changed to a Chevy one wire mounted in front of the engine . This makes for a rather long space between the radiator and engine. I think the parts box I have has a stock distributor in it. I bought a Rat Rod for the parts.The running gear and transmission and lots of other good parts. I have not had time to look at the stuff .I am working from dark to dark.Refinery was down and no days off yet. At work now.(I need a good distributor.)

I just finnished rebuilding one 2 days ago an early 36 also have in stock a late 36. Early 36 has a 3 screw down coil/// late 36 has a 2 screw down coil but not like the 2 screw one on 37 to 41 one. comes with caps for $175 plus shipp and a core or $20 core chg additional if no core. Ken CT Thanks. late model 70-80 something cut off machined to fit on the front. Sticks out about 4 to 6 inches farther than the stock distributor. Runs good rely good. Looks weird to me with the big black Chevy cap sticking out there.

You will have to go back to a 36 timming cover to install the 36 dist,which is no problem their plentiful.I have everything else you would need except the spark plug wire tubes.ken ct.
