41 ford needs lowering

just put on a pair of original foxcraft fender skirts and the car needs to be lowered about 4" in the rear ,is anyone selling lowering shackles in different sizes? the car has original suspension and front and rear sway bars.thanks aL

Check your local speed shop for Beltech lowering kits. Just lowerd my 50 Merc 3". $59.00 Don't go to far as pinion angle comes into efect. For me 3" was all but I am going to add air shocks for another couple of inches when the car is parked. I use a 12volt booster pack and a small compressor works great.

Your best bet on lowering the '41 is to put in a reversed eyed spring. I did that on our '47 rag top, front & rear and got the look I wanted with the stock Ford skirts.
