I was driving past my favorite vintage Ford friendly body shop, Bob's Body Shop in Calumet City, Illinois, and spotted this very nice looking Model T. Don't know who owns it or if they drove it in but it looks great and I couldn't resist stopping to take a look. What year is it?

1916

Jack is correct. Here's how to ID the year. The rear fenders curve down in back, following the curve of the wheel. In 1914 and before, the rear fender stuck straight out in back, parallel to the ground. So that makes it 1915 or later. It has a brass radiator. In 1917 and later, the T came with a black radiator shell. So that makes it 1915 or 1916. What's the stand-out clue for that? Headlight rims. Brass for 1915, and black for 1916. There are other differences of course, but those are the obvious ones that make ID easy for this car.
